Felt he was just another taking after Tai. Gammamon being more like Agumon both transforming into dark versions and both being after dinosaurs and both protagonists being after courage but what makes Gammamon so odd is his typing. He's a virus digimon which not all virus types are bad but the majority of them are. Agumon only becomes a virus type in evolution if it is mistreated but Gammamon is already a virus. So Gammamon is one of the few good virus types.

Holymoli that animation was sick. Somehow Sirusmon remind me of Gundam Exia and also Gundam Unicorn.

It didn't remind of any Gundams but it did remind me of some good Transformer ones though.

Well for me parts it remind me was Exia weapon gun blade, Unicorn the white body & glowing red strips

When I saw that the animation quality was so good I already expected for something different to happen XD

it's similar to a move used in Dragonquest Dai no Daibouken too. Same principle of launching a projectile and rushing in with a slash

Huh, I was expecting GulusGammamon getting his dark Ultimate level (Called Regulusmon) before Gammamon getting his normal Mega form, Siriusmon.

Wait, so Gammamon has both a dog (sirius, brightest star from canis majoris) and a cat (regulus, brightest star from Leo) as his mega forms

That would be rational, but now we have Gammamon's good mega form and we still don't have Gulus' perfect form.

This is one very coool mega evolution.

We're approaching the 60 episode mark, Digimon shows historically tend to end between 50 and 60 episodes, so yeah... expect things to get rushed starting from next week.

Finally Siriusmon first debut

WHAT AN EPISODE!!! The moment I saw the way everyone was animated at the beginning, I knew something special was about to happen!

I didn't know that Kuzuhamon had a priestess mode... I knew that Sakuyamon had one, but not Kuzuhamon, nor did I know how powerful this alternate form actually is... I was afraid that everyone would be eliminated, that ritual deal was going to end with the elimination of the entire human race, but in the end, Hiro and Gammamon's strong bond broke all LIMITS and overcame that grim fate.

Now, am I the only one surprised to see Siriusmon debut in this episode? I honestly thought we were going to see GulusGammamon evolve first instead of Gammamon reaching his Ultimate/Mega level Digivolution.

And lastly... what Kuzuhamon said intrigues me... the way she spoke makes me think that a higher power is behind the portals that have brought Digimon to the human world, I thought GulusGammamon or Hokuto might have been behind it, but now there is the possibility that another individual is to blame. Who could it be?

THAT WAS AWSOME!!!!!! Siriusmon I was not expecting him just like that and that mega evolution was EPIC!!! Also the fact that we see him first and not Regulusmon might prove a theory I have about Gammamon and GulusGammamon will split from each other. Either way the climax of this series is going 2 be EXTRODINARY!!!!

Lilithmon next week gonna be awesome. Really hoping we see other Seven Demon lords mainly Beelzemon & LucemonFM. Seeing Kuzuhamon was also nice. Siriusmon got that Omnimon/Jessmon design, definitely liking it

Difficult Truths
A replay happens with Betelgammamon grabbing Fumamon by the neck and forcing him to the ground. He demands Fumamon to tell him why he was trying to kill Hiro. Fumamon tells Betel he is just an assassin hired to kill who his employer wants dead. Betel, hearing all he needed says “then you will never kill anyone ever again” and readies a Sorblow point blank. Hiro, Angoramon, and Kiyoshiro realized what Betel was about to do, ran towards him and yelled at him to stop. However, it was too late as the Sorblow collided with Fumamon and killed him with an explosion of black lined orange flames. Fumamon’s data fades to the ether among his remains engulfed in flames.

Hiro, shocked and frightened by what he had witnessed, approached Betel asking him why he killed him? Seemingly annoyed by that question, Betel tells Hiro that Fumamon was going to kill him if he didn’t kill him first. Hiro, not ok with Gammamon thinking that way tells him there was no need to kill him and says there could have been a peaceful solution. Betel, now pissed at Hiro’s optimism, faces Hiro and demands to know why he is so against killing Digimon who are irredeemable? Hiro feels intimidated with Betel slowly approaching him with an angry expression. Betelgammamon begins accusing Hiro if seeing Digimon die is just that hard to accept or if Hiro is afraid Gammamon would become the Dark Conqueror again. Hiro became dumbfounded hearing Betel mention that name realizing he was referring to Gulus. He asks Betel how he knows about Gulus which prompts Betel that Hiro does know about it. Growing impatient, Betel questions Hiro who he is, who is Gulusgammamon, and whether Hiro was keeping it from him because he’s afraid of him? Hiro took two steps back as Betel walked towards him. Hiro tries to calm Betelgammamon down but he grabs Hiro by the collar and shouts at him to answer him. Hiro, being grabbed and lifted up by Betelgammamon by the collar, noticed Betel’s eyes turned black as night as he yelled at him for an answer and sporting a look akin to Gulus. Immediately, a hard slap hits Betel’s face which snapped him back to his senses due to how unexpected it was. Everyone was surprised the person who slapped Betel was Mika with Aoi behind her staring with surprise as the AR field had been turned off. Mika held onto her right hand that slapped Betel with a worried expression and asked if Betel was Gammamon? Betel nods with a surprised look as Mika angrily screams at him saying “How Gammamon, how could you treat Hiro like this, what did he even do to you to hurt the person you are close to?!”. Betel doesn’t understand what she was talking about until he notices how he was grabbing Hiro by the collar and that Hiro is staring at him with a face of fear and pain. The sight shocked Betel who immediately put Hiro down before he started breathing strangely and looking at his left hand that grabbed Hiro. He remembers what he asked Lucius about if he’ll wind up hurting Hiro one day and realizing what he had done, Betel looks away from everyone in shame and runs off. Mika tried calling and Gammamon to come back but to no avail. Angoramon informs them that he’ll go after Gammamon before he flies towards that same direction. Hiro after being put back down by Betel recovers from shock and then faints from exhaustion. Hiro hears Kiyoshiro, Aoi, and Rika calling to him before he loses consciousness.
